This recipe can be adapted to whatever you've got in the cupboard – we've found it works particularly well with our Rocky Road Flavour Hot Chocolate (with a scrummy topping of Mini Marshmallows and our 70% Cocoa Hot Chocolate). Let us know what variations you tried – we love to hear your ideas!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ pint milk
  • 2 heaped tbsp your favourite hot chocolate
  • 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2–3 ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

METHOD

    1. Warm the milk slightly, adding the hot chocolate powder and stirring until combined. Place in the fridge to cool.
    2. Blend together the ice cream, hot chocolate and ice cubes on a low setting, until the milkshake is nice and frothy.
    3. Serve in your favourite glass (our SoHo Glass is ideal).
    4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of chocolate shavings.

      INGREDIENTS

      • ½ pint milk
      • 2 heaped tbsp Raspberry Ripple Hot Chocolate
      • Raspberries
      • 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
      • 2–3 ice cubes
      • Chocolate shavings (optional)

      METHOD

        1. Warm the milk slightly, adding the Raspberry Ripple Hot Chocolate powder and stirring until combined. Place in the fridge to cool.
        2. Wash and remove the stalks of the raspberries and cut into quarters. Add the half pint of hot chocolate to the blender with the ice cream, ice cubes and raspberries. Place on a low setting and blend until nice and frothy.
        3. Serve in a glass, topped with chopped berries (we like raspberries to sharpen the flavour) and a sprinkling of chocolate shavings.
