White Peony is one of China’s most famous white teas. Made from 2 leaves and a bud ‘picking’. Picked very early in the year March/April depending on weather.

FULL DESCRIPTION

White tea is the least processed form of all tea picked, withered and dried no other processing is used. From Fujian province, China. High in antioxidants (EGCG) reputed to be anti ageing. Best enjoyed without milk.
